Welcome to Cloudwalks® Homestay. By booking a stay with us or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your reservation, a deposit may be required. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees). Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Liability

Cloudwalks® Homestay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The homestay management is not liable for the loss or damage of any personal items during your stay.
